HuBMAP 2025 Annual Meeting | Philadelphia, PA

HuBMAP will host its eighth Annual Meeting in person on May 6-8, 2025 at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. The Annual Meeting will provide funded members the chance to meet one another in person, share their accomplishments, and learn about the future of HuBMAP. 

The meeting will include presentations, networking opportunities, and engaging discussion sessions. This is an in-person meeting. There is no virtual attendance option for this meeting. Check out the Agenda in google drive. 

Meeting Details

• Dates: Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7. Thursday, May 8 will be an invitation-only session.
• Times: 9am to 5pm local time
• Location: Houston Hall, 3417 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104

• Who should attend? All projects with an active HuBMAP grant are expected to be represented. Attendees for the day 3 session have been contacted directly.
• Do I need to register?  Yes. Registration is closed.
• Is there a poster session? Yes, all groups should plan to bring 1 poster, max 3'x4' to be displayed and presented on Tuesday evening
• Will lunch be provided? Lunch will not be provided at this meeting. Coffee/tea will be available.
• What about dinner on Tuesday? On Tuesday, May 6, we'll have dinner at 6pm at the Penn Museum. We'll have access to the main galleries of the museum to explore!
