HuBMAP 2024 Annual Meeting | Rockville, MD

HuBMAP will host its seventh Annual Meeting in person on May 14-16, 2024 at the VisArts Center in Rockville, Maryland. The Annual Meeting will provide funded members the chance to meet one another in person, share their accomplishments, and learn about the future of HuBMAP. 

The meeting will include presentations, networking opportunities, and engaging discussion sessions. This is an in-person meeting. There is no virtual attendance option for this meeting.

Meeting Details

• Dates: Tuesday, May 14 to Thursday, May 16, 2024
• Times: Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm; Thursday 9am to noon (2.5 days)
• Location: VisArts Center, 155 Gibbs St, Rockville, MD 20850
• Who should attend? All projects with an active HuBMAP grant are expected to be represented. 
• Do I need to register?  Registration is now closed. A list of registered members is here.
• What sessions will I be able to participate in? The draft agenda is now available and will be updated with final details in the coming weeks.
• What else do I need to do to prepare for this meeting? All funded groups must present a 2-3 minute lightning talk at this meeting, covering their latest updates specific to the upcoming paper package. Slides are not required, but if your group would like to present a slide deck, 1 slide is permitted and must be uploaded to the google drive folder before the meeting.
• Will lunch be provided? Lunch will not be provided at this meeting. Coffee/tea will be available.
