Who should attend?

All groups with an active HuBMAP award should have representation at the meeting.

Does my group need to present?

Yes, all groups with an active HuBMAP award must present a short update on their work and at least one poster. Session moderators will be in touch regarding presentation details. Your group may submit up to three posters.

How do I submit a poster?

The registration page includes a place to enter your poster submission.

How long will the meeting last?

The meeting begins at 10:30am EDT on Tuesday, May 19 and ends at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, May 20. You are expected to be present for the entire meeting.

I already registered, but didn't submit my poster abstract. What do I do?

Just re-register for the meeting to submit your poster abstract. We won't count you twice!
