Join us to learn more about the HuBMAP Data Portal

Before 2020 comes to a close, HuBMAP invites all interested parties to tune in for an introduction to the HuBMAP Data Portal as part of the HuBMAP Sci/Tech Webinar Series. This is the first in a series of Sci/Tech webinars to be open to the public.

Funded groups from the HuBMAP Infrastructure, Visualization and Engagement (HIVE) team will present an introduction to the HuBMAP Data Portal and a glimpse of what to expect in the coming year.

Immediately following, the Stanford Tissue Mapping Center will discuss the HubMAP data in more detail, including how it can be used to build 3D maps and to probe normal and disease states.

To participate in this webinar you must register using the registration link below. Zoom coordinates will be sent via a confirmation email upon registration completion.

Please direct any questions regarding the event to the Help Desk.
