HuBMAP 2025 Annual Meeting | Philadelphia, PA

HuBMAP will host its eighth Annual Meeting in person on May 6-8, 2025 at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. The Annual Meeting will provide funded members the chance to meet one another in person, share their accomplishments, and learn about the future of HuBMAP. 

The meeting will include presentations, networking opportunities, and engaging discussion sessions. This is an in-person meeting. There is no virtual attendance option for this meeting. 

Meeting Details

• Dates: Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7. Thursday, May 8 will be an invitation-only session.
• Times: 9am to 5pm local time
• Who should attend? All projects with an active HuBMAP grant are expected to be represented. Attendees for the day 3 session have been contacted directly.
