A Framework for Cell Atlas Initiatives: The Information Science Behind HuBMAP
May 25, 2022 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
This webinar is part three of a three-part series on mapping the human body with spatial phenotyping.
How is the HuBMAP consortium organized and what type of resources and technologies does it take to power an initiative of this magnitude? In this roundtable, panelists will discuss the computational and logistical challenges and resources required to drive these extraordinary efforts to collect and curate information from numerous resource groups. They will share how they work collaboratively to develop standards and processes and provide an overview of the array of powerful new computational approaches they are perfecting to enable researchers to integrate, visualize and analyze data from many different assays, generated by HuBMAP teams around the world.
