HuBMAP 2026 Annual Meeting | Rockville, MD

HuBMAP will host its LAST EVER Annual Meeting in person on June 15, 2026 at NCI Shady Grove in Rockville, MD. Our HuBMAP Last Hurrah will serve as an opportunity to gather as a group one final time to share updates and celebrate our accomplishments. 

The meeting will include presentations, networking opportunities, and engaging discussion sessions. This is an in-person meeting. There is no virtual attendance option for this meeting. 

The meeting will be followed by a 2-day spatial biology meeting. You can learn more and register to attend on the spatial biology meeting website.

Meeting Details

• Dates: Monday, June 15.
• Times: 9am to 5pm local time
• Location: NCI Shady Grove Campus, 9609 Medical Center Dr, Rockville, MD
• Who should attend? All projects with an active HuBMAP grant are expected to be represented.

• Will food and drink be provided? We will provide coffee and snacks. Lunch will be available for purchase in the NCI cafeteria.
• Is there a hotel block? Yes, there are blocks at two hotels which are directly next to each other:

• How far is the hotel from the meeting venue? The hotel is about a half mile from the meeting venue, we will have a shuttle bus available with more details forthcoming.
• Will there be a happy hour? We will have a happy hour at the hotel after the meeting concludes, please join us for snacks and a cash bar.
