All groups with an active HuBMAP award should have representation at the meeting.

Do I need to register?

You do not need to register for this meeting. All you need to do is log onto zoom using the event link which will be provided via email. Note: please be sure to have the latest version of Zoom installed on your device for the best possible meeting experience!

How long will the meeting last?

Day 1 starts at 12:00pm and ends at 6:00pm, and Day 3 starts at 10:30am and ends at 6:00pm. All times are EDT.

Will there be time to take breaks? What about time to socialize with other consortium members?

There are breaks scheduled throughout each day, typically lasting 30 minutes each. We have some fun activities and interactive opportunities planned throughout the meeting, and of course the world-famous Hubbie awards will be back during the closing ceremony! Also, during the various breakout sessions, members will get plenty of time to interact with one another in what we are sure will be important, engaging conversation.
