"Dear Dena"
Dear Dena,
I've stocked up on alcohol, but the state liquor stores are closing today. How do I manage my anxiety if I run out of adult beverages?”
Signed,
Concerned Citizen
Dear Fellow Commonwealth Resident,
Remember that only certain states have “state stores” - you could try the nearest grocery store across your state’s border to keep stocking up. Please remember to consume responsibly. Outside of alcohol, try taking a few moments to meditate each day. Use the technologies available to you (phone, text message, FaceTime, Skype, etc.) to keep in touch with your friends and family who may be lonesome during these crazy times. Stay safe.
