Q3 2020 Data Release Deliverables

Component Project Managers and PIs: The IEC’s Q3 2020 deliverables are posted here to increase project transparency and facilitate your dependency planning. Please post your questions and comments within the appropriate item(s).
Data Security Plan and Data Sharing Plan

The IEC invites all HuBMAP Consortium members to  review and comment on the recently completed Data Security Plan and Data Sharing Plan for HuBMAP . Please add comments directly to the Google Docs for the  Data Security Plan and Supporting Documents  (including an Acceptable Use Policy and Incident Response Policy and Procedures), and the  Data Sharing Plan   by the end of the day on Tuesday January 28.

*Note that these are links to folders that contain these documents so members can see them all together in context, rather than sharing individual links to each document.

Single Cell Day

Rahul Satija’s group at NYU Genome Center is hosting another Single Cell Genomics Day this year on Friday January 24. As they have in the past, the presentations will be live-streamed. These events have been very good in past years and judging by the lineup of topics and speakers, this year will likely not be an exception.
You can find out more info and connect to the event via the link here .
Recent Publications

Kristin Burnum-Johnson from Julia Laskin’s lab published this paper in Nature. There is also an article written about the work in the PNNL newsletter, found here .
