The following provides a brief breakdown of the first HuBMAP data release contents. Initial release contents include, (but are not limited to) the following:

Spatial CCF data for select kidney and spleen datasets.
Faceted search for select metadata fields.
Cell naming future functionality showcase.

We will send an overview of our phased release process and instructions to reviewers regarding the Alpha phase the week of July 6.

HuBMAP members will be hosting a special session, "HuBMAP: Integrating genomics, imaging and mass-spectrometry to construct single-cell human tissue maps", at the International Society for Computational Biologyon Tuesday, July 14 between 2 and 6 PM EDT.
Featured speakers include Michael Snyder, Cole Trapnell, Nick Nystrom, Ziv Bar-Joseph, Nils Gehlenborg, Katy Borner, and Ajay Pillai.

Yearly Progress Reports (RPPRs) are due 6-8 weeks in advance of the end of the funding period. For your reference, here are the end dates for the different Components:
