The first release of HTAN public data is now available on the HTAN Data Portal, including Level 3 and 4 scRNA-seq data from several HTAN atlases.

Cancer Moonshot Seminar Series: Call for Junior Investigator Nominations
The Cancer Moonshot Seminar Series is soliciting nominations for Junior Investigators (PhD candidate or postdoc). Cancer Moonshot-funded PIs should include a description of work related to the Moonshot, a brief abstract and a recent CV or biosketch.
